The BID hired Larisa Ortis Associates, a firm that specializes in Market Analysis, Needs Assessment & Retail Recruitment to use the most recent census data to revise and update our 2005-2006 Marketing & Demographics Study. The BID has begun commercial lease data collection within the district in order to better understand recent trends and meeting both property owners’ and tenants’ needs.  The ultimate goal will be a better retail mix for the BID.  The BID will also continue to work with owners and stakeholders of the Ridgewood Theatre property to ensure that the future use of this historic property serves the best interests of the owners and the Ridgewood community.
