Since our inception, the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District has participated in a broad range of programs that benefit our commercial leaseholders, property owners, employees of BID businesses, and every visitor to our vibrant BID. The Myrtle Avenue BID works in collaboration with city agencies and the Myrtle Avenue BID Merchants to provide beneficial programs in the following areas:
-Employees: Employee Discount Card Program
-Property Owners: Façade Improvement and Retail Recruitment
-Commercial Leaseholders: Promotional Programs
-Community Members: Green Markets, NYC Plaza Program, Holiday Promotional Programs
