Graffiti Removal
A person wearing a blue shirt, green cap, and black gloves uses a power washer to clean a brick wall. Water sprays onto the dark, weathered bricks, creating a contrast between the cleaned and dirty areas. The person is facing the wall, focusing on their task.

The Myrtle Avenue BID retains the services of Streetplus Co. LLC and the Greater Ridgewood Restoration to clean off and/or paint over graffiti on roll-down gates, light poles, mailboxes, and doors in the BID. They also remove graffiti on unpainted surfaces with high-pressure machines.

Merchants and property owners are encouraged to contact the BID if they need assistance in keeping their property graffiti-free.  It is important to remove tags as soon as possible from storefronts and gates to deter further tagging and to have a well-maintained business district and community.
